VowWise sells digital products only. No physical products, printed materials, or packages will be shipped to you.

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how purchased files are delivered and what to do if you experience an access problem.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products available from VowWise may include:

  • Google Sheets templates

  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

  • PDF planners and checklists

  • ZIP folders

  • Setup instructions

  • Video tutorials

  • Other downloadable digital materials

All products are delivered electronically unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

2. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

No physical item will be sent by postal mail, courier, or delivery service.

You will not receive:

  • A package

  • Printed copies

  • A tracking number

  • A shipping confirmation

  • A physical USB drive or storage device

Any references to “delivery” in this policy mean electronic delivery of digital content.

3. DELIVERY METHOD

After your payment has been successfully completed, your digital files will generally be delivered through EDP or another digital-delivery service connected to our Shopify store.

You may receive access through:

  • A download button on the order-confirmation page

  • A download page displayed after checkout

  • A download link sent to the email address used during checkout

  • Your customer account, where available

Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Digital products are usually available immediately after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Payment authorization or verification

  • Fraud-prevention checks

  • An incorrect email address

  • Email-provider delays

  • Messages being filtered into spam or junk folders

  • Temporary maintenance or technical problems

  • Issues involving Shopify, EDP, a payment provider, or another service provider

A short processing delay does not mean that a physical product is being prepared or shipped.

5. WHERE TO FIND YOUR DOWNLOAD

After completing your purchase:

  1. Check the order-confirmation page for a download button or link.

  2. Check the inbox of the email address used during checkout.

  3. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.

  4. Search your inbox for “VowWise,” “download,” or your order number.

  5. Confirm that your payment was completed successfully.

Please save the files to your device after downloading them and maintain your own backup copy.

6. INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

You are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The incorrect email address entered

  • The correct email address

  • Any other information reasonably required to verify the purchase

After verifying the order, we may update the delivery information or resend the download link.

7. DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If your download link does not work, the file appears corrupted, or you cannot access your purchase, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used during checkout

  • The name of the product purchased

  • A screenshot or description of the problem

  • The device and software you are using

We may provide troubleshooting assistance, resend the files, restore access, or provide replacement files where appropriate.

8. FILE FORMATS AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Depending on the product, files may be provided in formats such as:

  • Google Sheets

  • Microsoft Excel

  • PDF

  • ZIP

  • Video or online tutorial links

You are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing and ensuring that you have access to the required software, device, internet connection, and account.

Some products may require:

  • A Google account

  • Google Sheets

  • A compatible version of Microsoft Excel

  • A PDF reader

  • Software capable of opening ZIP folders

  • A supported internet browser

Third-party software, subscriptions, devices, and internet access are not included unless expressly stated.

9. ZIP FILES

Some purchases may be delivered inside a ZIP folder.

You may need to extract or unzip the folder before opening the included files. Instructions may be included with your purchase.

The ability to open ZIP files varies by device and operating system. Contact us if the delivered ZIP folder appears damaged or incomplete.

10. GOOGLE SHEETS ACCESS

Where a product includes a Google Sheets version, you may receive a PDF, document, or file containing a link that allows you to create your own copy of the spreadsheet.

You may need to:

  • Sign in to a Google account

  • Open the provided access link

  • Select the option to create or make your own copy

  • Save the copied spreadsheet to your own Google Drive

We do not control the availability or functionality of Google services.

11. MICROSOFT EXCEL ACCESS

Where a product includes an Excel version, you must download and open the supplied Excel file using compatible software.

Features, formulas, charts, formatting, or automation may display differently in:

  • Older versions of Microsoft Excel

  • Mobile spreadsheet applications

  • Third-party spreadsheet software

  • Imported or converted file formats

Compatibility information stated on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.

12. DOWNLOAD LIMITS AND LINK EXPIRATION

To protect our digital products against unauthorized distribution, download links may be subject to:

  • A maximum number of downloads

  • Security checks

  • Access restrictions

  • Link expiration

  • Order verification

Where legitimate access has expired or the download limit has been reached, contact us. After verifying the purchase, we may restore access at our discretion, subject to our Terms of Service and licence restrictions.

13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

After receiving your files, you are responsible for:

  • Downloading them within a reasonable period

  • Saving them securely

  • Maintaining backup copies

  • Protecting download links from unauthorized access

  • Using compatible software

  • Keeping your Google, Microsoft, email, and device accounts secure

We are not responsible for files lost because of device failure, accidental deletion, account loss, expired third-party access, or failure to maintain a backup.

14. UNAUTHORIZED SHARING

Download links and purchased files are intended only for the original customer and are subject to the licence described in our Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • Share download links

  • Upload files to public or shared platforms

  • Redistribute files

  • Resell the product

  • Give copies to others

  • Allow unauthorized persons to access the purchase

We may disable download access where we reasonably suspect unauthorized sharing, resale, fraud, or violation of our licence terms.

15. REFUNDS

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Please review that policy for information about:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Incorrect files

  • Corrupted files

  • Material technical defects

  • Failed delivery

  • Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Digital Delivery Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Electronic delivery may depend on third-party services such as:

  • Shopify

  • EDP

  • Payment processors

  • Email providers

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • Cloud-storage or hosting providers

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues, but we do not control temporary interruptions, maintenance, policy changes, or technical failures affecting third-party platforms.
