Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned, and access cannot be revoked after downloading.

Please review the product description, included files, compatibility information, and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

  • You received the wrong files.

  • The files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.

  • A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your purchase.

  • The product is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to read the product description or software requirements.

  • Lack of familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, ZIP files, or other supported software.

  • Compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed before purchase.

  • Accidental purchases after the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Requests based on personal preference, design taste, or no longer needing the product.

  • Failure to use or download the files.

Before requesting a refund because of a technical problem, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement files, access assistance, or troubleshooting support.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with the relevant order numbers. After verification, we may refund the duplicate transaction.

European Union and United Kingdom Customers

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by this policy.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right to cancel may end once delivery or download begins, where the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the applicable cancellation right.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate access, duplicate-payment, or file-related issues promptly.
